- 3/4 lb tricolor rotelle pasta
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 basil leaves, cut up
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1 small red onion, "
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained

Recipe
- 1 cook pasta, rinse and drain.
- 2 toss with olive oil, vinegar and salt.
- 3 chill 1 hour.
- 4 add remaining ingredients - chill several hours.
