- 2 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Recipe
- 1 in a large salad bowl, combine baby spinach, romaine, onion, pepperoncinis and tomato.
