- 4 russet potatoes, baked
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons creole seasoning
Recipe
- 1 cut cooled potatoes into chunks, mix with green onions bacon and mayo. add creole seasoning to taste. chill completely before serving.
