Mom's Bean 'n Bacon Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 (16 ounce) cans green beans, drained and cooked on high for 10 minutes,cooled
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can pimiento
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Recipe
- 1 mix salad ingredients.
- 2 mix dressing ingredients.
- 3 put into serving container and put dressing on top of the salad.
- 4 top with cooked, crumbled bacon.
- 5 from the family recipe box, in mom's handwriting.
- 6 these days, i'd add a bit of tabasco, to taste.
