Orange Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 24 ounces low fat cottage cheese
  • 11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
  • 8 ounces pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
  • 3 ounces sugar-free orange jello (1 small box)
  • 4 ounces cool whip free (1/2 small bowl)
  • 3 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute (or more)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2 enjoy!
