Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 whisk together the pomegranate molasses, vinegar, mustard, honey and salt and pepper in a medium bowel. slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
