- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1/2 cup packed cilantro leaf, chopped
- 1 2/3 cups canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons grated lime zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt and pepper
