Restaurant Style Coleslaw

Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk (or add 1 tsp. lemon juice to 1/4 cup milk and let stand for a few minutes)
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar, plus
- 1 1/2 teaspoons wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, plus
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl mix the coleslaw and onions.
- 2 in another bowl mix the remaining ingredients until smooth and pour over the coleslaw and onion mixture.
- 3 stir well and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
