Ingredients

- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 1/2 cups hearts of palm, drained and sliced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced in rings
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced in strips
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl toss salad ingredients together.
- 2 lemon vinaigrette: whisk together dressing ingredients. toss with chilled greens before serving.
