Sunday's Healthy Parmesan Garden Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce

Recipe

  • 1 mix the parmesan, basil, lemon juice, and olive oil together to create dressing.
  • 2 rinse the tomatoes and the romaine.
  • 3 tear or chop romaine.
  • 4 halve tomatoes.
  • 5 place romaine and tomatoes in a mixing bowl or salad bowl.
  • 6 toss with the dressing.
  • 7 serve and enjoy!
