Mexican Low Fat Green Chili Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/4 water
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds & membrane removed,chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 in a blender or food processor combine the green chilies, lime juice, water, cilantro,garlic, jalapeno& sugar puree- the dressing should be smooth with just little specks of the contents refrigerate for about 3 hours before using.
