Quick Tahini Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (8 ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 strain the chick peas and rinse in cold water.
  • 2 chop the tomatoes.
  • 3 mix together the chick peas, tomatoes, tahini and lemon juice.
  • 4 add salt to taste and adjust the lemon and tahini to your liking.
