Salad Of Colours

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1/2 radish
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 green chilies
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 wash and cut tomato, cucumber, onion, radish and capsicum into half inch dices.
  • 2 then, wash and chop the green chillies.
  • 3 clean, wash and chop the corriander leaves.
  • 4 mix all the vegetables.
  • 5 add chopped green chillies, chopped corriander leaves, lemon juice and salt.
  • 6 toss well.
  • 7 arrange in a salad bowl.
  • 8 serve cold and enjoy this lovely salad that's a treat to the eyes as well as your belly!
