- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 chipotle chile in adobo
- 1/8 cup onion, finely diced
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut into quarters
Recipe
- 1 place ranch dressing, chipotle pepper and onion in blender and process till smooth and creamy.
- 2 serve over lettuce quarters.
