Strawberry Peach Gelatin Dessert

Ingredients

• Servings: 3
• 1 (2 3/4 ounce) package royal or jell-o strawberry gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can peach pie filling or 1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling (depending on how peachy you want it)
• whipped topping (optional)

Recipe

• 1 put gelatin in a medium sized bowl.
• 2 add the boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
• 3 add the cold water and stir.
• 4 add the pie filling.
• 5 stir until well mixed.
• 6 keep the gelatin mixture in the bowl or pour it into a 6 1/2 inch square pyrex or corningware dish.
• 7 refrigerate until set.
• 8 serve in individual soup or salad bowls.
• 9 top with whipped topping. (if desired)
