Ingredients
- 6 large cooked beets, finely cubed
- 1 pint cider vinegar
- 1 lb brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard, not heaping
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a large pot mix flour, sugar, dry mustard and salt with water and mix with beater bring to boil and add chopped cooked beets and continue cooking for 5 minutes pour into sterilized mason jars.
