Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh asparagus, cooked
- 3 carrots, julienne and blanched
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup flavored mayonnaise or 1/4 cup salad dressing
- lemon juice, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 cut asparagus into 1 inch pieces.
- 2 combine with carrots and mushrooms,.
- 3 season with salt and pepper.
- 4 add mayonnaise and mix.
- 5 add lemon juice if desired.
