Quick Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup mung bean sprouts, steamed
  • 1 cup corn, steamed
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • chat masala
  • sugar
  • salt
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 comine the moong, corn, pomegranate seeds, tomato, onion and chillies in a bowl.
  • 2 mix the dressing ingredients together.
  • 3 toss the salad ingredients with the dressing to coat well.
  • 4 add pepper powder to taste.
  • 5 garnish with coriander leaves.
