Spinach-sesame Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tblps. wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 cups spinach, torn and packed (1/2 lb.)
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and seasonings. pour over spinach. sprinkle with sesame seeds and egg. toss lightly and serve at once.
