Spinach-sesame Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tblps. wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 6 cups spinach, torn and packed (1/2 lb.)
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and seasonings. pour over spinach. sprinkle with sesame seeds and egg. toss lightly and serve at once.
