Ingredients
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup peeled and diced jicama
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- cilantro leaf
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients; let stand at least 5 minutes. if waiting longer, mix in cilantro just before serving.
