- 4 medium sized potatoes
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- seasoning salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes until able to poke with a fork.
- 2 boil eggs.
- 3 let cool.
- 4 when cool, peel potato skins and egg shells.
- 5 cut up into pieces.
- 6 add onions mayo and spices to taste. chill and serve.
