- 4 red potatoes
- 1/4 cup kraft sun-dried tomato salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Recipe
- 1 clean potatoes.
- 2 poke skin with a fork.
- 3 begin cooking potatoes in microwave until almost cooked through.
- 4 slice slightly cooked potatoes into cubes.
- 5 toss potatoes with dressing and rosemary.
- 6 place in baking dish.
- 7 bake in 350°f oven for about 10 minutes.
