Stuffing-crusted Creamy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) package chicken stove top stuffing mix, divided
- 6 (1/4 lb) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (16 ounce) bag stir fry vegetables, thawed, well drained (or any vegetables of your choice)
- 1 (7 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1/4 cup light ranch salad dressing
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400°f sprinkle 1/2 cup dry stuffing mix onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken, garlic powder and stir-fry vegetables. mix corn and dressing; spoon over vegetable layer in dish; set aside.
- 2 add hot water to remaining stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. spoon over corn mixture.
- 3 bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
