- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 heads butter lettuce
Recipe
- 1 combine cream, juice, sugar, and lemon zest and whisk till smooth.
- 2 let stand for a couple of minutes.
- 3 rinse and dry lettuce.
- 4 arrange lettuce on salad plates and drizzle with dressing.
- 5 serve immediately.
