Salad Pops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cantaloupe
  • 2 -3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint (or basil or lemon balm)
  • 1 -2 cup plain yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 blend the cantaloupe and cherry tomatoes in a blender until they're still sort of chunky.
  • 2 add the chopped mint (or basil, or lemon balm) and the plain yogurt and stir until incorporated.
  • 3 freeze mixture in your popsicle mold.
