Ingredients
- 1/2 cantaloupe
- 2 -3 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped mint (or basil or lemon balm)
- 1 -2 cup plain yogurt
Recipe
- 1 blend the cantaloupe and cherry tomatoes in a blender until they're still sort of chunky.
- 2 add the chopped mint (or basil, or lemon balm) and the plain yogurt and stir until incorporated.
- 3 freeze mixture in your popsicle mold.
