- 3 (16 ounce) cans red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon regina red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, drained
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix mayonnaise, oil vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- 2 add onions and stir well.
- 3 then add the celery, beans and relish.
- 4 chill overnight.
