Ingredients

- 10 lbs red potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 12 hard-boiled eggs, cut small
- 16 ounces sweet pickle relish
- 32 ounces mayonnaise or 32 ounces miracle whip
- 1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 layer ingredients in very large bowl.
- 2 1/3 of each ingredient, follow with another 1/3 and then the final 1/3.
- 3 fold together carefully.
- 4 season with salt and pepper.
- 5 keep cold.
