- 8 ounces corn
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- 2 sides mangoes, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/2 lime, juice of
Recipe
- 1 drain and rinse beans.
- 2 drain corn.
- 3 combine with chopped mangoes, avocado, and red onion.
- 4 add squeeze of lime juice.
- 5 serve right away or let chill in the fridge.
