Creamy Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup buttermilk
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice or rice wine vinegar
• 1 large garlic clove, minced
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
