Olive's Beet Salad

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 large cooked beets, finely cubed
  • 1 pint cider vinegar
  • 1 lb brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard, not heaping
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a large pot mix flour, sugar, dry mustard and salt with water and mix with beater bring to boil and add chopped cooked beets and continue cooking for 5 minutes pour into sterilized mason jars.
