Ingredients

- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup unpared cucumber, sliced paper thin
Recipe
- 1 mix vinegar, water, salt, pepper and sugar together.
- 2 stir in vegetables.
- 3 refrigerate 1-2 hours.
- 4 drain well, and serve on hamburgers.
