- 12 cups mixed greens
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup thousand island dressing
- 2 teaspoons milk
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, mix greens, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs and cheddar.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients.
- 3 spoon over salad.
- 4 chill.
