Ingredients

- 1/2 lb radish, trimmed and sliced into thin rounds (approx 250 grams)
- 1/8 cup mint, finely chopped
- 1/8 cup orange juice
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients together and chill well before serving.
- 2 needs at least 30 minutes chill time for the flavours to blend.
