Picado De Rã¡bano (guatemalan Radish Salad)

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb radish, trimmed and sliced into thin rounds (approx 250 grams)
  • 1/8 cup mint, finely chopped
  • 1/8 cup orange juice
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients together and chill well before serving.
  • 2 needs at least 30 minutes chill time for the flavours to blend.
