Mom’s Red Potato Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 6 -8 red potatoes
- 4 -6 eggs
- 1 bunch scallion
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- mayonnaise
- prepared mustard
- celery salt
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes and eggs.
- 2 cool enough to handle.
- 3 peel eggs and chop.
- 4 cube potatoes with or without skins. i prefer the skins on it adds color and texture.
- 5 add sliced scallions, minced green pepper and minced onion.
- 6 gently mix together.
- 7 add mayonnaise and mustard approximately 1 scoop of mayonnaise with 1 teaspoons of mustard. {use as much mayo and mustard as you like}
- 8 then add celery salt to taste.
- 9 serve warm, this is where you get the flavor.
