- 3 cups lettuce, torn
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, reserve marinade
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl stir together all ingredients. toss to coat with reserved artichoke marinade.
- 2 serve.
