Ingredients

- 4 organic carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1/4 cup dried dates
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- coriander (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 mix together in a bowl.
- 2 refrigerate for 15-20 mins.
- 3 serve.
