Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

- 3 cups crushed pretzels
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) container whipped topping
- 1 (6 ounce) box strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen sliced strawberries
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees, or 250 if using a glass pan.
- 2 mix crushed pretzels with 3 tsp.
- 3 sugar and butter.
- 4 spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- 5 bake for 10 minutes.
- 6 cool.
- 7 mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- 8 fold in whipped topping.
- 9 spread to edge of pretzel dish on top of pretzels.
- 10 dissolve jello in water in a bowl.
- 11 add strawberries.
- 12 mix well.
- 13 put in refrigerator until thickened.
- 14 pour over cream cheese layer.
- 15 refrigerate until firm and then serve.
