Salad Topping

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients and spread on a baking sheet, at least 15”.
  • 2 bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 3 cool in pan.
  • 4 store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
  • 5 it will keep about 3 months.
  • 6 use with salads, soups or casseroles.
