Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pitted olive (green, kalamata, etc.)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

- 1 mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well before using.
