Olive Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pitted olive (green, kalamata, etc.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well before using.
