Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 3 hrs Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) container whipped topping
  • 1 (6 ounce) box strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen sliced strawberries

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees, or 250 if using a glass pan.
  • 2 mix crushed pretzels with 3 tsp.
  • 3 sugar and butter.
  • 4 spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • 5 bake for 10 minutes.
  • 6 cool.
  • 7 mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
  • 8 fold in whipped topping.
  • 9 spread to edge of pretzel dish on top of pretzels.
  • 10 dissolve jello in water in a bowl.
  • 11 add strawberries.
  • 12 mix well.
  • 13 put in refrigerator until thickened.
  • 14 pour over cream cheese layer.
  • 15 refrigerate until firm and then serve.
