Once-a-week Vinaigrette - Sara's Secrets

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar or 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or 1/4 cup sherry wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 combine the salt, mustard, and vinegar in a glass measuring cup and whisk with a fork until the salt is dissolved.
  • 2 slowly add the oil in a stream, whisking.
  • 3 the vinaigrette keeps, covered, at room temperature for 1 week or in the refrigerator for a month.
