Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar or 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or 1/4 cup sherry wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 combine the salt, mustard, and vinegar in a glass measuring cup and whisk with a fork until the salt is dissolved.
- 2 slowly add the oil in a stream, whisking.
