Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 red chili pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 180 g pumpkin, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 40 g feta cheese
  • healthy salad leaves
  • black pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • fresh basil

Recipe

  • 1 phase 1 - pre-heat the oven to 220°c.
  • 2 step 2 - combine the chili peppers, red red onion, zucchini and pumpkin onto a cooking plate covered with cooking paper and throw with the nutmeg and olive oil.
