Ingredients

- 1 package peach jello
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
Recipe
- 1 mix together the peach jello, boiling water and cream cheese, then cool.
- 2 add the sugar, salt, vanilla and lemon juice.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 add the crushed pineapple, along with the juice.
- 5 chill.
