Peach Jello Salad

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 package peach jello
• 1 1/2 cups boiling water
• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 dash salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple

Recipe

• 1 mix together the peach jello, boiling water and cream cheese, then cool.
• 2 add the sugar, salt, vanilla and lemon juice.
• 3 mix well.
• 4 add the crushed pineapple, along with the juice.
• 5 chill.
