Oh My Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaf
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until well blended.
- 2 store leftover dressing tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for 2-3 days.
- 3 great dressing for a greek salad.
