Oh My Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaf
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until well blended.
  • 2 store leftover dressing tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for 2-3 days.
  • 3 great dressing for a greek salad.
