- 3 large tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices (about 12 oz each)
- 1/3 cup caesar salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons grated onions
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 overlap sliced tomatoes on serving patter.
- 2 in small bowl, whisk together dressing, onion, and pesto.
- 3 drizzle dresssing over tomatoes.
- 4 sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
