- 3 peaches
- 3 peaches
- 10 raspberries, smashed
- 1 mango
- 1 orange, segments only with skin and membrane removed
- 6 mint leaves, chiffonade
- 1/2 kiwi
- 8 ounces orange juice
- 8 ounces cranberry juice
- 1 ounce lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 slice peaches, mango and kiwi into 1/4 inch slices.
- 2 add fruit, orange segments, berries and juices to a large bowl and mix.
- 3 add chiffinade of mint and stir. serve.
