Peaches And Cream Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope whipped dessert topping mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water; add orang juice.
  • 2 refrigerate until partially set.
  • 3 prepare topping mix according to package directions.
  • 4 in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; fold in whipped topping and pecans if desired. fold into gelatin mixture. pour into an ungreased 8-inch square dish.
