Ingredients

- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope whipped dessert topping mix
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin

- 1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water; add orang juice.
- 2 refrigerate until partially set.
- 3 prepare topping mix according to package directions.
- 4 in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; fold in whipped topping and pecans if desired. fold into gelatin mixture. pour into an ungreased 8-inch square dish.
