Racheal's Dill Potato Salad

Total Time: 3 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 7 cups red potatoes, chopped into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • chives (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 boil potatoes until tender.
  • 2 drain and rinse with cold water.
  • 3 combine all ingredients except chives in a large bowl.
  • 4 add chives for garnish on top.
  • 5 cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
