Russian Eggs With Horseradish Sauce

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut eggs in halves and place on a platter.
  • 2 blend the rest of ingredients together and pour over the eggs.
  • 3 chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
